    2. Appointments, Scheduling & Cancellations

    • Booking Confirmations: Appointments are scheduled upon receiving your vehicle details, chosen service package, and requested location.
    • Cancellations & Rescheduling: We request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling requests.
